VULCAN LiteGuide completely diffuse and disperse lighting while still maintaining high visible light transmission. The result is soft but consistent and well dispersed lighting within the structure, which is also well suited for signs and billboards.
Quality Standards
VULCAN Polycarbonate sheets are produced with the highest of standards available in the industry. We are the first Polycarbonate manufacturer in Asia to incorporate clean rooms for all of our extrusion lines. Our machines are enclosed in ISO Class 7 (FED STD 209E equivalent Class 10,000) clean room.
Machinery
Our machines are imported from Mitsubishi - Hitachi Zosen Japan, Omipa Italy and Breyer Germany. We use feedblocks from the industry leading EDI (Extrusion Dies Industries) and controlled by the also industry leading Dynisco.

VULCAN Polycarbonate Sheets can be made to order and cut to length as per customer request. Any specification of either profile within their respetive production range on the Profile Table above can be produced.
Sheets can be co-extruded with Clariant UV and Light Stabilizers and are warranted for 10yrs under normal circumstances*.
